Brooke Raich, a rare native of Palm Beach, Florida, has the business in her blood. She is the daughter of a prominent Palm Beach Contractor, Nick Raich, and Broker Associate of 17 years, Kim Raich. She is also the granddaughter of renowned Palm Beach County Architect Howarth Lewis. These family ties have had Brooke familiar with the structural, aesthetic and valuable aspects of a home for quite a while.
Brooke believes that this foundation of knowledge helps in buying, selling, renting and renovating any type of property. She aided Kim Raich in the $50 million dollars worth of property sold in 2005.
Dedication, time, patience and friendship are key business attributes to any of Brooke's transactions. She is an avid surfer in Palm Beach and surrounding beaches and simply knows her way around all of South Florida.
