Business partners Gary Little and Lynn Warren have worked in the Palm Beach Real Estate market for the past 19 years. Prior to Palm Beach real estate, both Little and Warren co-owned custom furniture stores and a design studio in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Little began his corporate life working for Better Homes and Gardens Magazine in Des Moines and New York City. His work with BH&G involved marketing, both the Magazine and Better Homes and Gardens Book Division. Mr. Little brings 30 years of marketing and sales experience to Palm Beach Real Estate and Fite Shavell & Associates. Mr. Warren's degree in psychology and years of customer relations with a major airline has been extremely helpful in dealing with buyers and sellers over the years. He excels at spatial design and will often see the spatial potential in an older Palm Beach home. One of his cocktail napkin sketches prompted his customers to purchase a home and the 2000 square foot addition from the napkin was built out.
