Val Coz has resided in Palm Beach County since 1978 and was Co-Founder and President of SafferCoz Real Estate in Delray Beach before joining Fite Shavell & Associates.
A graduate of Boston College, Val's marketing and superb instincts for visual display resulted in her becoming the award winning Photo Editor and creative director of The National Enquirer and President of the Book Division for American Media Inc. Her best-selling photographic hardcover book was praised by the New York Times and placed in the 2002 National Museum Tour.
Val has handled tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, including both national and international clients, and specializes in the coastal luxury residential real estate market. She prides herself on her coastal knowledge and experience as well as her strong referral reputation. She lives in the beachside town of Ocean Ridge, 7 miles south of Palm Beach and 3 miles north of Delray Beach, giving her added knowledge of the coastal real estate market in the south Palm Beach County area.
Val has been married for 21 years and has three children. She is active in charities and community activities, notably The Caridad Center & Unity School Delray Beach.
